We 'changed the language' to create a website that is 100% committed to customers, and got rid of all the corporate speak!

United Finance Company had an old, tired and neglected website. It was uninspiring, grey, dull as ditchwater and had about one view per month. Its content was mostly about profits, dividends, shareholders, corporate governance and pretty much every boring thing that customers do NOT want to look at. So we changed the language and got rid of all that. Older people tend to use banks, as they have established credit ratings and relationships over some years. Young people, not so much - which is why United Finance Company exists in the first place. So we just talked their language.

We structured the site to offer a range of financial services in a young, direct way, in Arabic and English: by offering one simple promise - "whatever your ambition we'll help you achieve" (our new slogan is 'Achieve more'), and we focused on people's aspiration, by making financing easy, instant and accessible.
