A new name and brand for a new apartment building
Creating a name whose use is common across the multi-level real estate industry
The term 'Strata' is endemic across the global real estate industry. Used to describe single or duplex level apartment title within an overall building development, the word 'Strata' is used by thousands of professional real estate practitioners, by lawyers and by investors when referencing title. And yet, surprisingly, our searches found that nobody was using that name for a building or even a real-estate related matter.
Looking at the architects' renders of the multi-level building, its linearity of form realised through long horizontal balconies reminded us of rock strata - layers of life whose rich deposits were laid down through millenia to create an enduring geographic legacy.
Developed by our client, Archstone (who we also named and branded), the Strata Building lies at the heart of the master-planned Dilmunia Island on the edge of the island's feature canal. It features a premium mix of apartments with the higest quality of public amenities and privsate space and is set to be a highly desirable residencial destination.
