Differentiating customer channels to allow more effective card marketing

With a suite of several different credit cards and due to the various banking channels created such as Premier and Private banking, it became very important to consolidate the cards into groups. We created a detailed card marketing strategy covering personal banking and all channels, and then allocated card bundles to each.

To support Ithmaar Bank in launching the new MasterCard World card, we developed a launch pack, aimed at premium customers. This comprises a custom presentation box with an insert wallet containing brochure, card carrier and welcome letter.

A z-fold leaflet presents the card benefits while the overall presentation enhances Ithmaar Bank’s status as both a leading cards issuer and Bahrain’s foremost Islamic Retail Bank.
