Refurbishment of the Bank's legacy branch network
A complete makeover of exterior signage, ATM lobbies and customer environments
Due to the development of a new brand strategy and new design systems, the legacy branch network required a makeover. We invited our London-based architects who specialise in retail financial environments to collaborate with us and design a complete refresh of exterior signage, interior environments, way-finding and merchandising.
This work saw the development of a new concept in open banking space, with better defined personal consultation areas, ladies banking and improved ATM areas. The work included upgraded signage systems with new interior mega-graphics, point-of-sale and customer information. The design package was then rolled out across the bank's branch network.
Our work then continued, to embrace a bank-wide digital transformation at a retail banking and branch level.
