Branding and digital transformaton for Intenational Schools Group, Saudi Arabia
School badges and streamlining an integrated web presence for a network of seven schools
A network of seven schools in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia suffered from years of website modifications across both Group and the schools' websites. These resulted in an inability to find any information, due to navigation being so convoluted that clicking seven layers deep into the site resulted in ‘a black hole’. In short, the websites had become inoperable.
We created highly detailed wire-framing and site navigation, through deep research into the content actually required - divided into stakeholders' - Pupils, Teachers and Parents. Each required different information, so we built a portal to allow easy reach into the site for those three key groups. In addition we created a sophisticated HR application portal which had the ability to vet and filter applicants according to suitability for a particular role. We wrote all content and designed all grids and infographics. The sites share a common ‘instance’ of code allowing them to operate efficiently as a group - All have the same underlying structure but are capable of differing colours, school badges, images and blog posts.
In addition the schools' individual badges and brand systems had become fragmented over time, so we reinvigorated and refreshed this aspect of the schools' external presence
