Marketing luxury marina-living (and a construction site), in Bahrain's fast-growing southern district
Durrat Marina is a US$ 1.3 billion, iconic waterside development that has been conceived and shaped by some of the world’s leading designers and is envisaged to be one of the finest examples of urban planning in the world today. Covering an area of 600,000 square metres, and catering to nearly 4,000 households, Durrat Marina comprises villas; town houses and apartments; commercial space; recreational facilities; restaurants and cafes. The marina will accommodate up to 400 berths for boats and yachts, with all the needed facilities and services
We partner with the developers, creating marketing material, advising on naming strategies, way-finding, branding, building and environmental design and have developed a new website to showcase the potential of this iconic development to developers, property purchasers and retailers.
We were commissioned to create a high quality, investor presentation brochure that covered several different functions. Firstly, it had to describe the scale of the development and impart an essence of lifestyle, but, unlike many development projects, it had to also showcase buildings under construction, alongside architects’ renderings - because this is a living project that is already well underway in phases of construction.
