We developed a rewards programme for ultra-high net worth customers, who can now redeem points, through an exclusive ‘Limited Edition’ case-bound catalogue, for some of the world’s most luxurious brands. The programme was marketed to Commercial Bank’s Private Banking customers (with the handbag proving to one of the more popular redemptions).
