Strategic positioning for a residential lifestyle destination
We created a name and a brand for an up-market residential building to be developed on the multi-million dollar Dilmunia Island, just off the north-east coast of Bahrain.
Set on five levels, the building presents a wave form through its asymetric balconies which are emulated in the brand symbol. The name took its origin from the architectural purpose of the building, which is aligned to take advantage of cooling sea breezes - with this aspect carefully designed to include each of its apartments, though varied in size and orientation.
Within the marketing collateral we developed an insert section designed as a wave form through laser-cut pages, thus replicating the essence of both the building and its brand.
