Promoting Alosra's Central Production Unit
Creating a new Great Deli brand to offer extensive food production capability, marketed not through Alosra Supermarkets, but to third party operators around Bahrain
Having previously branded and launched Great Deli Co as an instore take-away food range at Alosra, we were asked to then develop a concept that would facilitate third-party use of Alosra's Comercial Production Unit - its certified commercial kitchen facility - by other FMCG organisations.
This revised Great Deli offer is branded differently and is geared to cafes, restaurants, corporate food carts and food trucks (a growing phenominon in Bahrain) to promote quality and consistency across a range of sandwiches, wraps, salads, mezzes, sushis and heatable foods. The range is non-conflicting, meaning that Alosra will not stock this range in-store, instead promoting it as a co-branded possibility, or as a stand-alone brand that can be endorsed by other hospitality entities.
Our work lay in creating the brand designs and developing the various systems to support the range itself and the operational ambitions of others.
